Welcome to Dim Summit-the brainchild of 31 years of gluttonous food consumption. It has been a dream to bring one of my favorite foods to the pinnacle of the world-literally, by opening a dim sum restaurant on the top of a mountain! Ask any of my patient friends about this and eyes will roll and heads will turn, but THIS IS A BRILLIANT CONCEPT!!! Fools I say.
Ask any of my friends and they will tell you that I have the "worst" dietary habits of them all. Example: McDonalds McRib commercial appears on TV. You know who I think would like eat the McRib ? A simultaneous "Mr. Dim Summit" rings from their voices. It is true. Ever since my first experience tasting it in Salt Lake City, I can't help but think that naysayers just can't appreciate the artfully placed pickle and onions placed by the craftsmen at the golden arches.
